Watch: 4 Clips & New Pics From 'Gambit' Starring Cameron Diaz & Colin Firth

nullWhile it doesn't have a U.S. release date just yet, the Coen Brothers penned, Cameron Diaz and Colin Firth starring comedy "Gambit" is already kicking up its heels overseas. A remake of the 1966 Michael Caine/Shirley MacLaine film, while on paper it sounds promising, the end result is a bit more disappointing (read our review here), but judge for yourself with four clips from the movie below.

The story follows a thief (Firth) who plans to steal a statue from one of the wealthiest men in the world (Alan Rickman — who also happens to be his boss) and enlists the help of a woman (Diaz) who is a dead ringer for the man's late wife to help him with job. But the thief's accomplice begins falling for the mark, and things get considerably more complicated. These four clips play up the rootin' tootin' big accent, ten gallon hat comedy, which certainly isn't shy about going broad. But whether or not it's your cup of bourbon, you'll have to decide.

"Gambit" is now playing in the U.K. and will open sometime next year in the U.S. via CBS Films. [HeyUGuys/Kinopoisk]nullnullnullnullnullnullnullnull
