Aw. Awwww. It seems that the international marketing team behind "The Amazing Spider-Man" know the way to our hearts. We've had a whole host of trailers for the superhero reboot (including a four-minute spot only a few days ago), which hits in July, and while there's some promise in them, none have quite convinced us yet that we won't be bored by sitting through another origin story, only a decade after Sam Raimi first took a spin at the material. That being said, we've like the in-context footage that we've seen, principally because of the film's leads, Andrew Garfield ("The Social Network"), who plays web-slinger Peter Parker, and Emma Stone ("Easy A"), who plays his love interest, Gwen Stacy.
The duo became a real-life couple while shooting the film, and their chemistry has been firmly in evidence in the footage so far. And now, BuzzFeed have dug up footage, seemingly from Germany (judging by their single line in the language at the end) of the two adorably, and awkwardly, singing a made-up theme tune to the movie. And if the film itself is even a fraction as charming as this, we'll be there on opening day. Watch it below. "The Amazing Spider-Man" hits theaters on July 3rd.
