Watch: Another Beautiful & Puzzling Trailer For Shane Carruth's 'Upstream Color'

Upstream ColorWith the film announced today for the Berlin International Film Festival, and set to premiere soon at the Sundance Film Festival, a brand new, full-length trailer for Shane Carruth's "Upstream Color" has arrived. And no, we still have no idea what it all means.

Beautiful, puzzling, eerie and BRAAAAAHM-tacular (sorta), it's not clear what pigs, a really good glass of water, a dude's busted nose and more all have in common, but we're more than willing to find out. Carruth's movie is playing its cards close to the chest, but even an expanded synopsis leaves more questions than answers. Here it is via LA Times: A young woman (Amy Seimetz) is abducted and seemingly brainwashed via an organic material harvested from a specific flower. She later meets a man (Carruth) and after the two fall for each other, they come to realize he may also have been subjected to the same process.

We welcome your theories, so share them below. "Upstream Color" arrives in theaters on April 5th. [Vlicious!]
