I don’t know when the next season of "Top Chef" starts, so to fill my quota of junky food world drama, I guess "Burnt" will have to suffice. The picture has already pretty much been written out of the awards race, so now it just remains to be seen if it’ll succeed simply as quality entertainment. Three new clips highlight some of the flavor you’ll get to taste at the multiplex.
Bradley Cooper stars as chef Adam Jones, a rough around the edges celebrity who has a new culinary mission: earn a coveted third Michelin star. But to do that, he’ll have to battle his own bad habits, arrogant attitude, critics, while inspiring those around him to the standards and greatness he aspires to. Can he do it? Well, we’ll find out in a couple short weeks.
"Burnt" opens on October 23rd.
