Mads Mikkelsen may not have a home on the small screen anymore since NBC’s cancellation of “Hannibal” earlier this summer, but the one-time Bond villain remains an in-demand actor in Danish cinema. This fall, Mikkelsen returns to the big screen at Toronto International Film Festival in the Danish black comedy “Men & Chicken,” and an official English subtitled trailer has finally been released.

Co-starring David Dencik (“Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy” and both versions of “The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo”), the Anders Thomas Jensen-helmed film centers on a pair of odd brothers played by Mikkelsen and Dencik that find out they’re adopted and go on a journey to meet their biological father who is said to reside on a remote island. The trailer, via Slashfilm, showcases the off-kilter and dark comedic sensibility of the film, as well as a look at a nearly unrecognizable and sleazy looking Mikkelsen.
