Watch: David Lynch's 1967 Student Film 'Six Men Getting Sick (Six Times)'

Six Men Getting Sick (Six Times)

So, sorry, that Twin Peaks” news from yesterday seems like it was bunk, but here’s a treat to make up for it: a blast from the past from David Lynch.

Dangerous Minds has dug up the director’s 1967 student film “Six Men Getting Sick (Six Times).” Made by the filmmaker during his days at Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in Philadelphia, the short is as mix of animation and sculpture (with Lynch making plaster molds of his face), and was shot in a hotel, with frequent Terrence Malick collaborator Jack Fisk helping with the 16mm stop motion production. And as you might expect this thing is pretty surreal and weird and totally Lynch-ian. Take a few minutes and watch below.
