Until we’re able to duplicate the technology that actually exists in "Jurassic World," the films will have to heavily rely on digital effects to create the main stars of the franchise — the dinosaurs. Before you head into the weekend, the folks at Industrial Light and Magic have dropped a reel online showing the work they did in helping to create one of the biggest blockbuster hits of 2015.

From the titular theme park, to the rampaging dinosaurs, it seems there were few frames that didn’t need a dusting of ILM pixels to help get realized. As always, it’s interesting stuff to look at, particularly when it involves scenes that start as little more than a couple of actors in a warehouse-like studio set but who are then placed in a whole other environment thanks to digital wizardry.
