Watch: Everyone In Hollywood Gets Together To Make A Terrible Trailer For 'New Year's Eve'

You get what you ask for people, and with “Valentine’s Day” being powered to more than $200 million in ticket sales worldwide, a sequel was inevitable. So writer Katherine Fugate and director Garry Marshall are back again, only this time, they are going to get a bunch of celebrities together for “New Year’s Eve” a car-crash of bad music, cliched dialogue and standard rom-com tropes.

In case you forgot, “Valentine’s Day” actually ran more than two hours long, and given the number of storylines being tossed around here, this looks like it’s going to be a three hour epic. There’s Ashton Kutcher and Lea Michele trapped in an elevator; Josh Duhamel looking for the one that got away; Seth Meyers trying win $25,000 through his pregnant wife Jessica Biel; Zac Efron trying to impress Michelle Pfeiffer; Abigail Breslin flashing her goods to Sarah Jessica Parker; Katherine Heigl bitch-slapping Jon Bon Jovi and Robert De Niro standing on a roof looking disheveled. And that’s only about 5% of the cast. We wouldn’t even watch this on an airplane, but there is a demographic that eats this kind of pablum up with a spoon. And if that demographic includes your girlfriend or Mom, you may be forced to to endure this thing.

Anyway, you can ring in “New Year’s Eve” on December 9th. Trailer below or in HD at Apple.
