The filmmaker is not only prolific, he maintains a consistent, high level of craft, and thus it’s not a surprise that when it came time to screen his latest movie "Bridge Of Spies," for members of the Director’s Guild of America, two heavyweight members came out in support.
Martin Scorsese and Paul Thomas Anderson — in New York and Los Angeles, respectively — moderated talks with Spielberg about his spy drama earlier this month. And needless to say, it’s great stuff. Both filmmakers gush about "Bridge Of Spies," impressed by Spielberg’s picture, and dive into the genesis of the film, the making of the movie, and much more.
