Watch: 'Game Of Thrones''s Jon Snow Is A Total Buzzkill In Hilarious Seth Myers Sketch

Game Of Thrones

As if you needed more TV to watch (here’s our feature from yesterday on some under-the-radar cable dramas too), HBO’s “Game Of Thrones,” arguably the biggest TV series not about a hip-hop label, begins its fifth season on Friday. That means the cast are out on the promo circuit, as if it was needed, and Kit Harington, AKA Jon Snow, hit “Late Night with Seth Myers” last night, and as is the trend these days, did something more than tell an amusing anecdote.

The show saw Harington reprise his trademark role in a sketch involving Myers bringing his new pal (who he met, hilariously, at Crossfit) to a dinner party, only to discover that he’s something of a mood-killer when it comes to small-talk. It’s funny stuff, and it’s nice to see Harington get to flex some comedic muscles, turning the constantly-grimacing Snow into a nice form of deadpan. Hopefully it bodes well for his big foray into auteur territory, in Xavier Dolan’s soon-to-film “The Death And Life Of John F. Donovan.” In the meantime, you can see “Game Of Thrones” back on your screens this Sunday, April 13th. (via Slashfilm)
