But if you want high wattage stars like George Clooney and Julie Roberts to expose the nefariousness of Wall Street, your wish will be fulfilled with this spring’s transparently titled "Money Monster."

The Jodie Foster directed movie stars a New York Accent (played by Jack O’Connell), who takes a cable network financial guru in the vein of Jim Cramer played by Clooney hostage and then demands answers to thorny economic policy questions during a broadcast of the guru’s show. So, you know, pretty realistic! Here’s the official synopsis:
In the taut and tense thriller Money Monster, Lee Gates (George Clooney) is a bombastic TV personality whose popular financial network show has made him the money wiz of Wall Street. But after he hawks a high tech stock that mysteriously crashes, an irate investor (Jack O’Connell) takes Gates, his crew, and his ace producer Patty Fenn (Julia Roberts) hostage live on air. Unfolding in real time, Gates and Fenn must find a way to keep themselves alive while simultaneously uncovering the truth behind a tangle of big money lies.
