It speaks to the star power of Jennifer Lawrence that in the span of two months, she’ll be starring in one of the biggest blockbusters of the year, followed by a lead in a major Oscar player. Next week the actress gets the bow and arrow out one last time for "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 2" and in December she’s a woman trying to make it in American in David O. Russell‘s "Joy." Inspired by the life of Miracle Mop creator Joy Mangano, the story revolves around a woman who becomes the head of a business dynasty. "It’s a meditation on what the word joy means, and also despair and struggle and failure and success," the director told EW about the movie. And you can check out the first clip from the film below which references legendary Hollywood mega-producer, David O. Selznick.
