Watch: Jessica Chastain & James McAvoy Makeout In First 2 Clips From 'The Disappearance Of Eleanor Rigby: Them'

The Disappearance of Eleanor RigbyThe story of Ned Benson‘s "The Disappearance Of Eleanor Rigby: Them" has ben told over and over by now. A condensed version of his two part project,"The Disappearance Of Eleanor Rigby: His" and "The Disappearance Of Eleanor Rigby: Hers" (which will also be opening this fall, if you want the full film), it tracks the arc of a relationship turned upside down by tragedy. And while there has been plenty of ink spilled regarding the structure of the movie and some trailers, the first two clips, below, provide the best context yet for the film.

Jessica Chastain and James McAvoy lead the movie as Eleanor and Conor, and these two scenes demonstrate an easy spark between their characters. In the first, something as simple as a makeout session in a car highlights their strong chemistry, while pulling a dine and dash at a restaurant acts as an adventurous bonding moment.

"The Disappearance Of Eleanor Rigby: Them" opens on September 12th. Watch both clips below.
