Getting the chance to take a role in the iconic movie series you loved growing up is a rare opportunity, which is as true for Oscar Isaac and his role in "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" as it would be for any actor of his generation. But it once it came to the shoot, it was all about the work. "You totally geek out when it first happens, and the moments when you arrive on set and are like ‘holy shit,’ " he told Slashfilm. "But then you have to get to the meat of what you’re doing. Sure, it can be a little difficult and there’s a lot of moving parts of figuring out where you fit into that thing. It’s challenging, but at a certain point you have to put those [expectations away]."
And so, with eight months to go until ‘The Force Awakens’ arrives in our galaxy, the second full length trailer has arrived. Starring (deep breath) John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Gwendoline Christie, Lupita Nyong’o and Max von Sydow along with Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, Kenny Baker and Warwick Davis, the story for the film is rumored to involve the search for Luke Skywalker by a young crew of Jedi Knights. But this trailer hopefully provides a few more details.
"Star Wars: The Force Awakens" arrives on December 18th.
