Watch: New Trailer For 'The Imitation Game,' Plus 15-Minute Google Talk, Clip & TV Spot

Imitation GameHow you do make a movie about a super genius mathematician interesting? Put Benedict Cumberbatch in it. Hell, we’d listen to the actor’s beautifully, bass-y voice read mattress tags, but thankfully he’s being put to better use than that in "The Imitation Game." And a new trailer for the World War II set drama is here.

Co-starring Keira Knightley and a bunch of familiar British faces (such as Charles Dance, Mark Strong, and Matthew Goode), the film tells the true story of Alan Turing, the man who cracked Germany’s Enigma code during the Second World War, but found his personal life as a homosexual put under scrutiny, a pain doubled by the fact he was also sworn to secrecy about his groundbreaking wartime work. It’s a powerful story, and opening in the U.K. today there’s a good batch of promo material for the movie.

The most significant is a 15-minute Google Talk, featuring Sir John Scarlett, Sir John Dermot Turing, producer Teddy Schwarzman, and screenwriter Graham Moore talking about the film and its subject. After that there’s a clip and a new TV spot too.

"The Imitation Game" arrives stateside on November 28th. Watch below.
