Well, U.K. RPatz fans have already had their chance to swoon at the actor getting all period-drama on them, and now it's America's turn. A new trailer for "Bel Ami" has landed, showing the hunky vampire suck the cash and dignity out of a bunch of women in old timey England.
In case you forgot, the movie is based on the book by Guy de Maupassant (which we're sure every RPatz fan has read cover-to-cover) and finds the handsome young man playing George Duroy, a former soldier and illiterate social climber, who screws his way to a better life. Uma Thurman, Kristin Scott Thomas and Christina Ricci co-star as the major ladies in his life, with Thurman playing the wife of one of Duroy’s friends, who eventually marries Pattinson’s seductive schemer. Thomas will appear as a woman who overestimates Duroy’s attachment to her, while Ricci plays Clotilde, who also bangs George. Hot.
"Bel Ami" will go VOD on May 4th, but if you must see RPatz in all his top-hatted glory, the film will hit theaters on June 8th. Watch below.
