One Chance, One Secret and perhaps most crucially One Mistake—these are all phrases that grace the character posters for the upcoming drama “A Single Shot,” in which the repercussions of one hunting expedition ripple in unexpected, violent ways.
Starring a pretty enticing ensemble including Sam Rockwell, Jeffrey Wright, Jason Isaacs, William H. Macy, Melissa Leo, Kelly Reilly and Ophelia Lovibond, the film follows a man forced to defend his life when killers come looking for his bag of cash. But wait, how did he get all that money? As you’ll see in the clip below, he comes across it after accidentally and fatally shooting a teenage girl while hunting, in what is just the first of a handful of problems he’ll have to face as a result.
