Electro-provocateur Peaches, house DJ Tiga and musician/producer extraordinaire Chilly Gonzales (Feist and Jamie Lidell have benefited from his knob twiddling) have teamed for a new film titled “Ivory Tower.”
Written and produced by Chilly Gonzales and directed by Adam Traynor, the comedy centers around two champion chess-playing brothers, Hershell (Gonzales) and Thadeus (Tiga) who share a love for the same girl Marsha (Peaches). Sounds interesting but we can’t say that the trailer/music video below did too much for us.
No firm release date for the film has been set, but according to the press release public screenings should be happening very soon. Gonzales will release the companion album of the same name on September 14th via Arts & Crafts records that will include the song “I Am Europe” featured in the spot below.
