Watch: Trailer For Pixar's 'Up' If Michael Bay Directed It Has A Lot Of Explosions

nullThis summer, Michael Bay cranked up the patriotism and tedium with "Transformers: Age Of Extinction," and the movie earned over $1 billion worldwide. So, yes, cinema is dead. But anyway, the filmmaker has certainly perfected a particular kind of formula that seems to work to sell tickets by the Victoria’s Secret truckload. And it involves lots of explosions.

And so, MrStratman7 has taken Bay’s unique aesthetic and retrofitted it for Pixar‘s "Up," creating a new BRAAAM-tastic trailer, and the results are pretty amusing. With some quick cuts and ominous music, you can make anything look sinister, even if it’s just an old man strapping a bunch of balloons to his house to fly to South America, only to find he has an unlikely stowaway on board. This is probably the most explosions a Pixar movie has seen since "The Incredibles," and since it’s Friday afternoon and the boss left already, might as well click and watch below.
