Though "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" and "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 2" have little in common except unnecessarily long movie titles, they are both franchises that are beginning and ending, respectively, this fall. And they both are trying to catch you at home as you try and find a "Seinfeld" re-run to tell you they are coming to theaters.
First up, Peter Jackson's trilogy-starting movie delivers an ad promising viewers it's going to be another epic movie, and that while a bit lighter in tone, holds nothing back in terms of big screen spectacle. And oh yeah, it also reminds you that you can start buying tickets after Election Day on November 7th so you can be the first to see it in what will hopefully be a second term Obama America.
