Dern is a three-time winner, five-item nominee and the 1982 Miss Golden Globe. She took the Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series – Comedy or Musical Globe home in 2012 for her work on HBO‘s cult series “Enlightened.” She stars in potential nominee “The Founder” this season.
Kendrick was nominated in 2010 for her role in “Up in the Air.” She voices a character in DreamWorks Animation‘s “Trolls” which is a contender in the Best Animated Feature Film and Best Original Song categories.
The nominees will be announced in two parts. The first series of nods will be revealed during a live stream on Facebook (hope you didn’t invest in livestream.com recently) at 5:15 AM PST. The second on the same streaming connection and on NBC’s”The Today Show” at 5:37 AM PST. You can watch the stream beginning at 5:15 AM PST here.
The good news for Cheadle, Dern and Kendrick is they will be wide awake and have plenty of time to make a 7:00 AM Soul Cycle class if they re up for it.
